The project was launched in March 2023 and has become the largest media resource on Middle East economics, finance and innovation in Russia and the CIS. At the moment, SHARQ team includes more than 10 regional experts. Every day we review current events in the Persian Gulf, Maghreb, Egypt, Iran, Sham, OPEC+, LAS and other major regional associations.
SHARQ's extensive expert network consists of managers and executives of top-tier Russian companies, employees of leading universities (MGIMO, Higher School of Economics, ISAA and others), and authors of articles for major publications specialising in Russian and Middle Eastern foreign policy.
SHARQ materials are published daily in different languages, including Russian, English, Arabic, Turkish, Hebrew, Farsi and others.
